Shipping Policy

$8.00 is for standard UPS Ground Service
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
If delivery is returned for failed delivery, additional shipping/handling charges may apply. Heavier orders may incur higher shipping charges.

Crediting Your Account

Upon approval of a returned item.
Credit will be issued within five business days of receiving/evaluating your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by e-check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies only to shipping addresses located in Florida.

Pricing Policy

Pricing is subject to change at a moments notice, pricing is updated online frequently. We are not responsible for printing errors. FTE reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Return & Exchange Policy

Items wishing to be returned must be received within 10 days for a full refund, minus shipping and handling charges.
If items are received between 11 and 21 days of original invoice date, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
All sales are final if product not received before 21 days.

Cancellation Of An Order

In the event you have mistakenly ordered, you may request a cancellation of your order. Some orders may be delayed by back orders or credit reviews. We will not charge your credit card until your order ships, at that point a cancellation would not be possible.

International Orders

At this time FTE is not processing any International orders online. Orders from outside CONUS (continental US) will be taken on a case by case basis, due to the extra shipping involved. Please contact us for more information.
